Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 2 PM are usually shipped the same day (subject to workload). Orders placed after 2 PM may ship the same day but this is not guaranteed.

All cards are sleeved and shipped in rigid mailers or toploaders. Multi-card orders are batched and packed securely.

International shipping is available. Costs are shown at checkout. Tracked services are used. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are not collected at checkout and may be payable on delivery depending on your country.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at tartarustcg@gmail.com before sending anything back — items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
Non-returnable items: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval, contact us at tartarustcg@gmail.com.
EU customers: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days under the EU cooling-off period.
