These Terms of Service explain the terms on which you may use the Tartarus TCG website and purchase products from us.
Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

TARTARUS-TCG LTD is a private limited company registered in Scotland.
The registered office is displayed for statutory company disclosure and official correspondence. It is not our product returns address.
Returns must be arranged with Tartarus TCG in advance using the process described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Our online store is operated using Shopify.
2. Using Our Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes and to browse or purchase the products and services we make available.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious software, use it fraudulently or otherwise use it in breach of applicable law.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect our website, customers or business.
3. Products
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, prices and other information are accurate.
Product images are illustrative. Colours, finishes and other visual characteristics may appear differently depending on your screen or device.
Trading-card singles and other collectible products may be particularly sensitive to condition. Where we state a card's condition, we aim to describe it accurately.
Manufacturing variations may occur in sealed products and individual cards.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it.
Occasionally, stock discrepancies, supplier shortages or other circumstances may mean that an item displayed as available cannot be supplied.
If we cannot fulfil part or all of your order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for products that we cannot supply.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
An automated order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
Unless we expressly tell you otherwise, we accept your order when we confirm dispatch.
We may decline an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including where:
- an item is unavailable;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- there is an obvious pricing or product-listing error;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse;
- delivery is unavailable to the supplied address; or
- a stated purchase or supplier-allocation limit has been exceeded.
If payment has already been taken for an order or item we subsequently decline, the relevant amount will be refunded.
6. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
The price payable will be the price displayed when you place your order together with applicable delivery charges shown during checkout.
We take reasonable care to ensure pricing is accurate.
If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting an order, we may contact you to offer the product at the correct price or cancel the affected item and provide a refund.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may change from time to time.
You must be authorised to use the payment method provided.
7. Pre-Orders
Products marked as pre-orders are products expected to become available at a future date.
Release dates are estimates based on information supplied by manufacturers, publishers and distributors and may change.
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before dispatch.
Supplier allocations may occasionally mean that we receive less stock than expected. Where this prevents us from fulfilling your pre-order, we will refund the affected item in full.
Once a pre-order has been dispatched, our normal cancellation and returns provisions apply.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Our delivery services, charges and normal dispatch times are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Orders are normally dispatched the same working day where possible or within 1–2 working days.
We do not normally dispatch orders on weekends or UK bank holidays.
Delivery estimates supplied by carriers are estimates and are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.
For consumer orders, risk in the goods remains with Tartarus TCG until the goods come into your physical possession, or into the possession of a person identified by you to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If an order is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact Tartarus TCG.
9. International Orders
International shipping may be available to selected destinations.
Customers ordering internationally may be responsible for customs duties, import VAT, handling fees or other charges imposed by their country or local authorities unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
International customers are responsible for checking applicable import requirements before ordering.
10. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Your cancellation, return and refund rights are described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
UK consumers purchasing online normally have statutory cancellation rights in addition to Tartarus TCG's voluntary returns policy.
Nothing in these Terms or our policies restricts statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
11. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or different from what you ordered, please contact:
We may reasonably ask for your order number and photographs or other information necessary to investigate the issue.
Where the problem is our responsibility, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
12. Customer Accounts
You may have the option to create a customer account.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for ensuring the information supplied through your account is accurate.
Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend accounts being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in serious breach of these Terms.
13. Promotions and Discounts
We may offer discounts, promotional codes and other promotions.
Promotions may be subject to additional conditions such as expiry dates, eligible products, minimum spends or usage limits.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions have no cash value.
We may withdraw or correct a promotion where there has been an obvious error or misuse, subject to applicable consumer law.
14. Intellectual Property
Original Tartarus TCG branding, website content, text, graphics and other materials created by us may be protected by intellectual property rights.
You may not reproduce or commercially exploit our original content without permission except where permitted by law.
Trading-card game names, character names, artwork, logos, trademarks and other intellectual property belonging to manufacturers, publishers and other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Selling third-party products does not imply that Tartarus TCG owns those intellectual property rights.
15. Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, comment or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is not unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing upon another person's rights.
Where content is submitted for publication, you give Tartarus TCG permission to display and use that content in connection with operating and promoting our business.
We may remove content where we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms, applicable law or another person's rights.
16. Third-Party Services
Our website relies on services provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery providers and other technology or service providers.
Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for independent third-party websites we do not control.
This does not affect any responsibility Tartarus TCG has to you in relation to products purchased directly from us.
17. Website Availability and Errors
We aim to keep our website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Maintenance, technical problems, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect availability.
We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate listings or other website mistakes when they are discovered.
Where an error affects an order already placed, we will deal with the matter fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
18. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Nothing in these Terms restricts your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
19. Privacy and Personal Information
Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Our website is hosted by Shopify and personal information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers necessary to operate the store.

20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, services or applicable law.
The Terms applying to an order will normally be those in effect when that order was placed.
The date shown at the top of this page will be updated when these Terms are materially revised.
21. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this provision deprives you of mandatory consumer protections available to you under applicable law.
We encourage customers to contact us first if a problem occurs so that we have an opportunity to resolve it.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from exercising legal rights or remedies available to them.
